Can you spot the signs of fatigue?
It can happen anywhere or any time.

You may find your eyes are tired and that you're constantly squinting or suffering from blurred vision.

You may find it hard to concentrate, start daydreaming, begin to feel drowsy, and start yawning.

You may find it hard to control the car, unintentionally increase or decrease your speed, or even drift into other lanes.

Fatigue doesn't affect your vision.

REMEMBER

The only thing that works is rest. If you spot the signs of fatigue, pull over somewhere safe and take a break to recharge.

Better yet, plan ahead so you're not driving when you know you will be tired.

is the only way to beat fatigue.

Avoid driving if you've had a long and tiring day. Plan to share the driving on long trips, or think of alternative ways to get to where you need to be.
